1. Placing an Order

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, etc.

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets – Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on select orders and pin codes.

Note: Cash on Delivery may be subject to a small additional fee.

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking information.

4. Pricing

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of any issues, reach out to us promptly for assistance.

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account:

  • Please wait for 24-48 hours – the payment may automatically be reversed to your source account.

  • If not resolved, contact us at support@vastraraga.shop with payment proof, and we will investigate promptly.

  • Request additional verification for suspicious orders.

  • Cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Restrict access to the website or services in case of abuse.
