Return and Refund Policy

At Vastraraga, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The item was not marked as final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Custom-sized or personalized products

  • Accessories, lingerie, or face masks (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@vastraraga.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Images of the item (in case of damage or defect)

  2. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer size or item exchanges if the requested product is in stock. If not, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in process.
